pleasant scent scottish options
The location was convenient for accessing nearby bars. Staff members brought my backpacks to the room. I appreciated that. Breakfast included scottish options and tasted great. The soap and shampoo had a pleasant scent.
Music from the bar and restaurant was loud until 1 am. Sleep WAS difficult.

kind ladies bag storage train convenience real friendliness
i appreciated the kind ladies at check-in. They let me leave my bags a few hours. i spent time bag-free before catching my train home. i really appreciated their friendliness.
rooms face front, so noise from bar below is likely. rooms dont have double glazing either. noise continued into the early hours.

superb stay!
comfortable room breakfast option friendly staff
the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. the breakfast options were diverse, i enjoyed the cooked breakfast very much. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, they gave superb customer service.
the noise from the bar downstairs on the first floor was quite loud at night. it affected sleep quality, and earplugs were not an ideal solution.

the hotel faces the park, i loved that! it is only a 20-minute walk to the old town. it is situated in a pretty area. the area was also quiet at night.

the personnel were very friendly, helpful, and always attentive. they were smiley and available. the staff helped with transporting bags when i left at 4 am and it was very good.

the bed was VERY comfortable. i also like the helpful staff available. the location is spot ON for local attractions and transport.
