The location was convenient for accessing nearby bars. Staff members brought my backpacks to the room. I appreciated that. Breakfast included scottish options and tasted great. The soap and shampoo had a pleasant scent.

the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. the breakfast options were diverse, i enjoyed the cooked breakfast very much. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, they gave superb customer service.
the noise from the bar downstairs on the first floor was quite loud at night. it affected sleep quality, and earplugs were not an ideal solution.
